Cancellation & Exchange Policy – House of Bangles
At House of Bangles, we take great care to deliver premium-quality jewellery with accurate product descriptions, size details, and strict quality checks before dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are applicable only for domestic orders placed through our official website.
Exchange Eligibility
- Products must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- A ₹200 exchange processing fee per item will be applicable.
- Colour variations due to screen or device settings are not eligible for exchange.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- Exchanges are permitted for equal or higher value items only.
- Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at houseofbangles2025@gmail.com.
Kindly share a clear opening/unboxing video highlighting the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Exchange Process
- Raise your exchange request via our official Exchange Portal.
- A reverse pickup will be arranged, subject to service availability.
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, self-shipping will be required.
- Once received and approved through quality checks, the replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pickup Is Unavailable)
If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your location, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse address. Please ensure the parcel is securely packed and clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
We recommend using India Post Speed Post for safe and reliable delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

House of Bangles reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
- Product or material unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions
Refund Policy
House of Bangles does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. Only exchanges are permitted as per the policy outlined above.
